• Hands-on with newsletters, website management, Canva, and digital content execution
• Autonomous and structured; able to manage multiple workstreams without close supervision
• Resilient under direct feedback, and turns it into improvement
• Fluent in Spanish and English; based in Madrid
• Genuine interest in skincare, beauty, or subscription-based consumer brands
