About the Role

You will work with inbound leads who have expressed interest in the company . Your task is to respond to inquiries, understand client needs, explain solutions, handle objections, follow up, and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads via email, phone, or CRM
• Qualify leads based on business setup, compliance needs, budget, and decision-making authority
• Conduct discovery calls with UAE founders and SME owners
• Recommend packages and move leads toward payment
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and deal status
