A premier hotel booking platform is seeking an enthusiastic and sales-driven Inbound and Outbound Sales Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for converting inbound inquiries into hotel reservations, following up with customers who abandoned their bookings, and assisting customers who encountered booking issues by offering alternative hotel options. Your primary goal is to close sales by assisting customers with completing their hotel bookings while providing exceptional service and a seamless experience.
