Work as in‑house counsel for a growing international tech startup.

This position requires an English/Spanish bilingual (French a plus) licensed Mexican lawyer with a passion and aptitude for criminal, civil and contract law.

Responsibilities

• Prepare multiple civil lawsuits immediately, including researching, investigating, filing, following through, arguing, and defending.
• Work with the Fiscalía on several ongoing criminal charges against competitors who defrauded the company.
• Create contracts for strategic alliances, file corporate trademarks, and communicate with partner legal teams.
• Advise the CEO on matters of corporate growth.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Mexico.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English; proficiency in French is a plus.
