Key Responsibilities 

  • Review and provide legal advice on title matters.
  • Review and advise on corporate structures and governance arrangements.
  • Conduct and manage litigation matters, including issuing and defending proceedings, debt recovery, and forfeiture actions.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial and property-related agreements, including but not limited to:
  • Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
  • Management agreements
  • Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Headleases and underleases
  • Letting agreements
  • Partnership agreements
  • Draft and review introductory agreements.
  • Draft, review, and advise on tenancy agreements, including:
  • Licences
  • Assured Shorthold Tenancies (ASTs), including supported housing and care-related documentation
  • Support eviction proceedings as required.
