In-Home Support Worker

Job Summary

We are looking for a Home Support Worker to provide companionship and daily living support to an 84‑year‑old senior living alone in his private home. The goal is to help him remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home by providing companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation to medical appointments.

Main Duties

• Provide companionship and social interaction; offer regular check‑ins to monitor general wellbeing.
• Plan, prepare and serve meals according to preferences and any dietary needs.
• Perform light housekeeping related to the client’s living areas (tidying, dusting, vacuuming, dishes, garbage, bathroom wipe‑down, etc.).
• Launder clothing and household linens as needed.
