Sales & Business Development for all Bosch Rexroth Products for allocated Customers in Energy Segments
Develop effective customer Strategies in coordination with Sales Group Leader.
Assess Potential of each of his allocated Customers with support of Technology Expert when needed.
Maintain Pipeline for allocated customers.
Customer Potential Analysis for developing new Customers.
Offers technology to address customer needs and value requested in coordination with Application Team.
Develop relationship at multiple level at the customers (Buyer, Engg., Quality, Project management, Logistics, Operations, Service etc.)
Ensure the coordination of the activities with the support of other Sales colleagues of the respective region when customer has multiple sites (locations).
Achieve the sales and targeted sales margin of allocated customers.
