            Responsibilities  Distribution of promotion catalogues to overseas customers via emails 
Follow up & attending to customers’ sales enquiries and complaints 
Source for new customers through emails and telemarketing 
Arrangement of export shipment with cargo agent 
Application of health certificates with AVA and export permit for cargo agent 
Generate & process export invoice documents 
Liaising with cargo agent on billing matters 
 Requirements  Preferably with 1 to 2 years related working experience in sales admin. 
Training will be provided 
Matured, able to multi tasks, meticulous, team player 
Comfortable working in a farm environment 
 Remuneration  Uniform, lunch and shuttle bus service provided 
 Working Hours  Monday to Friday: 8.45am to 5.45pm 
Saturday: 8.45am to 12.45pm (Alternate Saturday off)
