We're looking for an Import Sea Operator to join our OneTrack team in Auckland. You'll be the person who keeps sea freight moving: tracking shipments, wrangling documentation, and being the calm, capable voice between shipping lines, customs brokers, and clients who just want to know where's my cargo?

What you'll actually be doing:

• Tracking incoming sea shipments from origin to final delivery — nothing slips through the cracks on your watch
• Processing the paperwork that keeps cargo legal and moving: bills of lading, customs declarations, commercial invoices
