            Communicate with customers via email or phone 
Ensure import manifest information is correctly input into WMS 
Ensure export load plan is in proper order and perform correct stock connecting to export container 
Ensure customers special instructions are carried out before unstuffing or stuffing 
Check and send tally sheet after container is being unstuffed or stuffed 
Inform and follow up with customers on cargo dispute / damages or cargo not stuffed 
Resolve customer's request on cargo dispute / damages and attend to surveys 
Provide report to customers on outstanding cargo 
Dangerous cargo application 
 Requirements  A dynamic team player with good communication and interpersonal skills who thrives in a fast-paced work setting 
Minimum Nitec, pass English. 
Relevant experience with import and export documentation or cargo planning is advantageous.
