            Responsibilities  Coordinate daily delivery schedules, trucking movements, and shipment arrangements to ensure smooth operations. 
Liaise with shipping lines, depots, terminals, customers, and internal teams on container collection, release, and return matters. 
Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers and relevant parties. 
Prepare job records, verify operational documents, and support billing processes upon job completion. 
Handle customer enquiries, maintain proper documentation, and assist with general operational coordination duties. 
 Requirements  GCE ‘N’ Level and above 
At least 2 years of relevant experience in logistics, trucking, or freight operations. 
Familiar with PORTNET, TradeNet, and trip management systems 
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment 
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
