Duties: 

Counter Duties, attending to receipt of documents.

Validating Original Bill/ Receive & accurately attend to the validation of original bills and shipping documents.

Attach & file release documents/Ensure proper filing & record-keeping of documentation.

Act as a point of contact for clients, assisting with queries and providing updates.

Notify customers of overstay deadlines and surrender documents prior vessel ETB.

Identify and inform customers to expedite release of Direct Delivery, IMDG, and Reefer shipments.
