We are seeking a detail-oriented Implementation Support Analyst to join our offshore team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, supporting consultants with technical tasks, and ensuring smooth onboarding for financial institution clients in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries and issues through Zendesk, triaging and routing as needed
- Troubleshoot problems across configuration, data, and integrations
- Support consultants with application setup, onboarding, and UAT activities
- Execute and validate customer data migrations
