What will you do?

You will join a team responsible for implementing the Cornerstone OnDemand (Cornerstone Galaxy) platform for our international clients. In this role, you will:

• Lead implementations of one or several CSOD Galaxy modules: Learning (Learn), Performance & Succession, Compensation, Recruiting, or Learning Experience, Talent Marketplace


• Analyze client business processes and translate them into system solutions.


• Conduct workshops, presentations, and system demos throughout the project.


• Advise on HR/HCM best practices and support clients in designing optimal processes.


• Configure the system, test changes, and support the client during UAT.
