Accountable for all Bangalore ATC employees

Fully responsible end to end processing Visas for other countries for outbound Bangalore region

Support, advise and oversee the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents and ensure that they are received within the set SLA’s

Strictly ensure that all information provided by the applicant is legitimate, accurate and correct before submitting case to attorney

Ensure for timely and accurate communication to employee and stake holders

Provide advice to relevant internal departments on company policies and processes; related to visas, visa status, etc.

Maintain immigration tracker updates

Responsible for visa processing forecast

Validate related invoices for accuracy before submitting for payment
