Role: Ilog Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

. Work closely with the BA, user, tester, developer teams.

. Use and manage a team of developers and ensure work assignments for high utilization and effective, quality outcomes while avoiding re-work

. Drive technical innovation to enhance functional and technical capabilities of the IBM ODM (iLOG) rule engine

. Communicate with technical and non-technical resources and work with limited direction while being highly productive

. Apply standards and industry frameworks while leverage existing technologies and tools in the Bank

. Produce detailed design/low level design documents that communicate the system design effectively

. Drive adherence to development, configuration management and deployment standards for solutions
