The main role is to handle Customs Brokerage

The role will be in charge for all FCL Import Freight Forwarding operations, ensuring in compliance in Int’l and Local Regulations, systems and processes, ensuring completeness of documents andto mentioned Manifest Submission, sending NOA, Carrier Billing including Detention and Demurrage and the same must be properly pass on to customer to ensure satifastion

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Check all required documents & compliance: commercial invoice, packing list, cargo compliance (nature / geography /.)
• Monitor the CW1 dashboard
• Attends to Broker /Consignee’s inquiry
• Checks the monitoring file if arrival details have already been updated
• Communication to COS
• Sending of arrival notice and arrival updates to brokers / Consignee
• Request PV for Freight Collect accounts / Arrange payment of local charges
• Sending of billing to bro...
