Job Summary:
As Industrial Engineer, continuously improve the productivity via performing standardization, cross-functional project to achieve the sustainable product cost reduction which determined and reflected in the time data of routing and perform the ergonomics to provide efficient and comfortable working environment to operator in shop floor, also plan the shopfloor layout according to Bosch requirement.
Job Responsibilities:
- Leading CIP project at direct production area like cycle time, headcount, changeover reduction….. w/. values stream to achieve sustainable productivity improvement
- Improve organizational efficiency of all roles in the shop floor to facilitate the transformation into a leaner organization.
