Coordinate daily site works and assist in supervising subcontractors, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, ceiling, painting, tiling, flooring, signage, and other renovation trades.
Monitor project progress on site and update the project team with clear photos, videos, and daily reports.
Assist in arranging site access, material delivery, worker schedules, and subcontractor coordination.
Check site workmanship and identify defects or issues early for rectification.
Assist in taking site measurements and checking drawings against actual site conditions.
Read construction drawings and shop drawings for site coordination.
Attend site meetings with owner when required and follow up on action items.
Ensure basic site safety, housekeeping, and PPE requirements are followed.
Assist with project handover, defect rectification, and close-out works.
