Key Responsibilities This will include IT level support with the following technologies: Microsoft Windows 7,8 and 10/Microsoft Office/Syspro ERP/Basic Hardware Support (Printers, Scanners etc) CAD Package support and installation/Basic maintenance and repair of PC’s on-site Support with Manufacturing processes that have PC integration (PLC’s, Drivers, Raspberry PI etc) Basic Server level support and interface with the firm’s managed services suppliers (Hosting, Time and Attendance, PABX) Candidate must have own transport. You will be required to travel between sites and work after hours call outs Elimination of waste Ensure ticket response time must be carried out efficiently within the allocated time frame.
