JOB PURPOSE

Support the delivery of effective ICT Services across Sefton, working in partnership with both Services and the Managed ICT Service Provider

MAIN DUTIES

• Support the Service Delivery Lead to effectively manage the delivery of the operational ICT Service, to ensure that this delivers key Council Outcomes and offers value for money
• Review, interpret and validate ICT performance data against key performance indicators and supporting management information provided by the Managed Service Provider
• Monitor any ICT incidents and ensure effective communication of risks and issues to all stakeholders
