For the ICT Service Engineer position, we expect you to:

• Understand Networks (IP addressing - vLANS – IP TELEPHONY – etc)
• Demonstrate understanding of Telecommunication lines (ADSL – VDSL – Symmetric lines over NGN / Microwaves / Fiber lines)
• Build trust with clients, communicate any special requirements and keep the team informed of any issues that arise.
• Provide phone support to customers and to our partners, as required.
