The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented technical writer and documentation professional with a strong understanding of ICAM concepts, processes, and technologies. This individual will play a critical role in capturing and communicating technical knowledge across cross-functional teams, ensuring that processes, tools, and application enablement statuses are clearly documented and accessible.
