Key Responsibilities:

Gather and document business requirements related to order management

Configure IBM Sterling OMS to meet business needs

Support order orchestration, inventory, fulfillment, and returns processes

Work with technical teams on integrations and issue resolution

Assist in testing (UAT) and support during go-live

Provide functional support and user guidance
