Key Responsibilities
IBM BigFix Management:
Manage and maintain the entire IBM BigFix infrastructure, including servers, relays, and clients across Windows and Linux environments.Design, develop, and deploy automation scripts (e.g., PowerShell, Shell scripting, Python) and custom Fixlers to streamline patch management and software distribution.Monitor patch deployments, compliance status, and endpoint health using the BigFix console and Web Reports.Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) for complex patching, deployment, or agent-related issues.Implement and manage security policies and configurations across all managed endpoints.
