Design and implement intelligent automation (IA) solutions to optimize business processes.
Provide operational support for AI, data, and enterprise agent solutions across development and production environments(Microsoft 365)
Monitor pipelines, applications, and services to detect failures, performance issues, and anomalies
Manage incidents, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolution with cross-functional teams
Support and implement MLOps, DevOps, and DataOps practices to ensure scalable and repeatable deployments
Maintain logging, monitoring, observability, and telemetry for AI systems and platforms
Coordinate intake and tracking of enterprise AI/agent requests from business stakeholders
Ensure compliance with cloud architecture, security, and governance standards
