The HVAC Service & Installation Technician serves as a front-line representative of Burke Plumbing & Heating and is expected to deliver exceptional customer service/satisfaction, perform high-quality workmanship, uphold company values, technical standards, and is responsible for diagnostics, services, repair, maintenance, replacing, and installing residential and light commercial heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and indoor air quality systems.
This position reports directly to the Service Manager/ Operations Manager and works closely with the dispatcher or operations coordinator.
