This position starts as a part-time, flexible, or on-call role, with a direct path to full-time employment as our customer base and service contracts continue to scale.
We need an adaptable technician who can hit the ground running. You will handle everything from routine seasonal maintenance and complex diagnostics to complete system installations. During slower periods, you will work closely with the owner to help organize operations, manage inventory, and prepare for upcoming jobs.
