Commercial & Industrial HVAC | $100K+ Base + Bonus

Our client is seeking an experienced HVAC-R Service Manager to lead a growing commercial and industrial service operation. This position is responsible for managing service technicians, preventive maintenance programs, customer relationships, service agreements, and departmental growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily HVAC-R service and maintenance operations.
• Manage technician scheduling, dispatching, and workforce utilization.
• Develop and grow preventive maintenance agreements and recurring service revenue.
• Prepare estimates and proposals for repairs, retrofits, and service contracts.
