An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced HVAC Service Manager to join a well-established and highly regarded HVAC and trade services business based in Brisbane.
This role will see you leading a team of HVAC Service Technicians across residential service operations while driving performance, customer satisfaction, and operational growth.
The Role
As the HVAC Service Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the service division, providing leadership, mentoring, and support to field technicians while ensuring strong operational performance across the team.
You will play a key role in technician development, service delivery, sales performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
