Pay: $29.54 - $44.31 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Summary:
Maintains, tests, repairs, and modifies heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and related temperature controls and equipment.

Responsibilities:


+ Provides maintenance support to air handling units, exhaust systems, VAVs, BAS, and chilled water systems. Maintains specified pressures, temperatures, and humidity.

+ Inspects equipment for malfunctions. Makes adjustments and/or repairs. Recommends modifications, replacements, repairs, and necessary procedures.
