Key Responsibilities for Technical Manager Technical Expertise & Troubleshooting - Subject matter expert in chiller plants, pumps, cooling towers, air handling units, automation & control systems, and ACMV systems.
- Carry out detailed on-site measurement and verification using industry-standard instruments:
- Water-side tools: ultrasonic flow meters, differential pressure gauges, and temperature sensors
- Air-side tools: anemometers, temperature and humidity measuring devices
- Chiller performance tools: refrigerant pressure gauges (manometers)
- Develop Functional Design Specifications (FDS) for chiller plant optimisation and performance improvement strategies.
