Looking for mid-level and senior level estimators with mechanical a construction background 

Mechanical contractor focused on commercial projects, is actively seeking to add an HVAC Estimator to the existing group. Individuals will have approximately three (3) or more years of HVAC mechanical estimating experience; installation and repair focused projects (HVAC, Plumbing, sheet metal, piping takeoffs) will be considered. 

Job Description

  • Review bid documents and RFPs to determine the scope of work and prepare estimates

  • Accurately identify labor, material, and time requirements and compute project costs

  • Provide quantitative takeoffs, field labor costs, develop RFI’s, supplier, vendor, and subcontractor costs

  • Negotiate and work with suppliers for material cost & availability.
