Serve as the primary interface and liaison for resolving HVAC engineering design issues.
Lead project scoping activities, including development of preliminary schedules, engineering cost estimates, and qualitative/quantitative risk assessments.
Coordinate with project teams to support estimating, risk identification, and organizational planning efforts.
Prepare and submit preliminary project scope reviews, scope definitions, and estimates to Project Managers.
Monitor engineering schedules and ensure projects remain on track and within budget.
Chair scope meetings and provide regular updates on project design status, schedules, and costs.
Support bid package development and evaluation in collaboration with Project Managers.
Design and apply HVAC controls systems and BAS solutions.
