Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and lifecycle.
Diagnose and resolve HVAC system faults, breakdowns, and performance issues in a timely manner.
Monitor HVAC system performance and recommend improvements to enhance energy efficiency and operational effectiveness.
Review technical specifications, drawings, and engineering documents related to HVAC installations, upgrades, and retrofit projects.
Conduct inspections and condition assessments of HVAC equipment and prepare technical reports with recommendations.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, health and safety requirements, and environmental guidelines.
