Supervise and guide HVAC technicians and workers on-site

Install DX systems such as split units, VRF/VRV systems, and package units

Read and follow HVAC drawings and layouts

Ensure quality of installation and compliance with standards

Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other trades

Manage materials, tools, and daily site activities

Assist in testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of systems

Maintain safety procedures and ensure workers follow site rules
