The Role:
Provides end-to-end HR guidance to employees and leaders on policies, employee relations matters, and lifecycle transactions while ensuring compliance, documentation accuracy, and a positive employee experience within an HR shared services or BPO environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provides accurate responses to routine policy inquiries using references and job aids with minimal supervision.
- Handles simple employee concerns and escalates sensitive cases appropriately while maintaining proper documentation.
- Processes onboarding, offboarding, and employee movement transactions accurately within SLA.
- Maintains and updates employee records while ensuring document completeness and accuracy.
Qualifications:
