Required Qualifications
One () to three () years of demonstrated customer service experience within an internal Human Resources, Workforce Administration (WFA), or Benefits environment, with subject matter expertise in at least one functional area; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience within a University of California (UC) environment is strongly preferred; alternatively, experience in a complex higher education institution or hospital-based HR environment will be considered.
