Key Responsibilities

• Handle complete recruitment process from sourcing to joining


• Understand job requirements and find suitable candidates through different channels


• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers


• Manage offer process, follow-ups, and ensure smooth onboarding


• Maintain candidate data and ensure a good hiring experience

Desire Candidate :

• Candidates with 2–5 years of experience having strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment.
