**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced **Human Resources Manager** to join our team in South Deerfield, MA. This strategic HR leadership role partners with management to provide professional human resources guidance and support across the organization. The Human Resources Manager will oversee key HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, performance management, compliance, training and development, and health and safety initiatives while ensuring adherence to all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.
