HR Manager
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and streamline our human resources function across recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance.

You will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR operations while building a strong people-first culture in a fast-paced, growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across departments
- Own the performance management cycle including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and appraisals
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives
- Manage onboarding, induction, and probation processes
- Handle HR compliance, documentation, and statutory requirements
- Oversee payroll coordination and leave management
- Drive L&D initiatives and training calendars
- Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances and conflict resolution
- Maintain and improve HR systems and HRMS tools
