Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and orientation for chauffeurs, operations and support staff.
• Oversee employee records, leave management, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance in line with UAE labor laws.
• Handle performance management, training, and development programs for all employees.
• Ensure compliance with Integrated Transport Center (ITC) and other regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4-6 years of HR experience, preferably in transportation, hospitality, or service industries.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, HR policies, and regulatory compliance.
