Our Fintech Client in Dubai is looking for an experienced HR Lead to join our growing fintech and technology business in Dubai. This role is suited to an HR professional with a strong HR Business Partner background who can drive people initiatives while managing core HR responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities - Partner with leaders and managers on people strategy, employee relations, and organizational development
- Manage core HR functions across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and policy implementation
- Lead performance review cycles and support managers in driving high performance
- Identify high‑potential employees and support succession planning, internal mobility, and promotion decisions
- Use HR data, analytics, and AI tools to improve workforce insights and people processes
- Support employee engagement and help build a high‑performance culture
