Support the day-to-day HR operation matters including but not limited to: pre-board, on-board new hires and employee exits.
Maintain and update personnel files and HR system when necessary
Prepare documentation for employment status changes or updates
Generate reports or and working on data requests for management or relevant stakeholders
Assist with the organizing of company events and engagements
Undertaking project-based work in the areas of employment, people analytics, wellbeing, employee events, benefits and/or salary benchmarking depending on business needs
Assist in reviewing and updating new and existing HR policies and internal documents
REQUIREMENTS
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a relevant field of study.
