HRIS Implementation Administrator | Configuration, Data & Client Go-Live (Wichita, Onsite)

HRIS Administrator can mean two very different jobs. One resets access, runs reports, and works a ticket queue while someone else decides how the system actually behaves. The other configures the environment, migrates the data, tests the setup, and verifies that a client's go-live runs cleanly.

This is the second one.

Market HR Services is a PEO scaling for a real expansion. We're onboarding 10 to 12 bank clients around January 1, and the system side of that growth has to be built right. Client environments must be configured correctly, data must migrate cleanly, and workflows must support payroll and benefits before anyone goes live. When the implementation seat is weak, payroll, benefits, compliance, and client confidence all absorb the cost. This role exists so they don't.
