Summary Reporting to the HR Business Partner, the Human Resource Generalist is responsible for managing an array of topics included but not limited to payroll processing, administration of employee benefits, recruitment and onboarding and employee relations.

Main Activities Assists in the creation and management of long-term human resource programs including employee policies, recruitment and onboarding procedures, engagement initiatives and other employee related matters.

Capable of communicating and implementation of policies and procedures.

Address employee requests and questions regarding company policy, procedure and HR programs in a timely manner.

Support the recruitment and onboarding of all staffing needs for facility positions.

In consultation with the HR Business Partner, provide guidance to frontline leadership on how to handle employee relations concerns.
