Key Responsibilities
- Act as primary HR contact for employee and manager inquiries.
- Support HR programs, policies, audits, compliance activities, and reporting requirements.
- Assist with HR documentation, employee communications, and policy administration.
- Coordinate full‑cycle recruitment: posting, screening, interview scheduling, reference checks, and offer preparation.
- Provide guidance on routine employee relations matters and facilitate escalation of complex issues.
- Support workplace investigations, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
