Manage day-to-day HR Operations with employment practices and policies both for US and PH.
Assist with payroll coordination, benefits administration and HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws and company policies.
Assist with ADA interactive process coordination, including medical documentation requests and tracking, communication drafts to employees and managers.
Review and administer FMLA requests, including eligibility verification, qualifying reason review, medical certification completeness/sufficiency checks, leave designation, and ongoing leave tracking (continuous and intermittent).
Support US Workers’ Compensation processes by assisting with claim intake and documentation, coordinating information with insurers, brokers, or third-party administrators, tracking claim status and related employee communications.
