We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist to support our Legal, Compliance & People team. This role focuses on ensuring employment practices comply with applicable labor laws and company policies, while also supporting recruitment and employee relations processes within a multinational environment.
Key Responsibilities
Employment & HR Compliance
- Draft and manage employment documents, including contracts, offer letters, promotion letters, and termination notices.
- Support employee relations matters such as disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans.
- Maintain compliant and organized employee personnel files.
- Assist with the development and update of company HR policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance to managers on labor law compliance and employment-related matters.
- Support internal investigations and employment-related audits when needed.
