We are seeking detail-oriented HR Executives to support HR Operations functions, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle processes, accurate HR records, and compliance with statutory and company requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and physical filing systems
- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, confirmations, and reports
- Support HR compliance, audits, and documentation control requirements
- Assist in HR policy implementation and continuous improvement of HR processes
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including documentation and orientation
- Track probation confirmation, contract renewals, and employee status updates
- Handle employee HR-related queries and provide basic policy guidance
